Calculation as below : -
1st RM150k - 1%
Next RM850k - 0.7%
Next RM2.0mil - 0.6%
Next RM2.0mil - 0.5%
Next RM2.5mil - 0.4%
Above RM7.5mil - 0.4% or negotiable
Below RM45k - RM250
Example (Purchased price of RM1.7mil)
1st RM150k X 1% = RM1,500
Next RM850k X 0.7% = RM5,950
Next RM700 X 0.6% = 4,200
Total : 11,650
